Reflection on Annotated Bibliography
Title of Project: Annotated Bibliography
Semester Created: 2nd Semester
Time it took to complete: About a week
Group work or individual: Individual Work
My favorite parts of the project were probably the research that I had discovered in finding the answers to my questions. Another part that I enjoyed would have to be the neatness that my report came to be.
My least favorite part of it was that it took so long to find the answers to my questions. I don’t think that those websites really answered most of my questions but they were kind of close.
Some skills I learned were to make an annotated bibliography, to use directories and where to find more websites that are kind of hidden and hard to find.
For next time I would go to the website that the librarian gave us to find these directories first and then go my own way, it was a bummer that she didn’t give us these websites sooner.
The teacher did a great job that time that we did it, but if we had to do again he should probably get us help before the due date. He could also had giving us more time to complete the assignment.
I do think that the teacher should assign the project again so that we students could use the skills in future reports. The only thing is that next time it might be more than 12 website we have to come up with.
A rubric is a scoring tool that's generally used for subjective and authentic assessments. The rubric helps us a lot. In most cases it saves us class time, so instead of explaining every single thing for a certain project you just hand out a rubric and just explain the outlines with a little detail in each. It also helps us understand the project by telling us what those the project need to get a certain grade.
